En résumé

Directement sous la direction générale, je suis en charge du management d’une équipe de conception électronique et informatique de 18 personnes. Ma mission est l’organisation des projets de développement en veillant aux coûts et à la qualité et la gestion de l’équipe. Au sein du CoDir, mon rôle est de participer à définir la stratégie de la société.

    Meylan 2013 - maintenant Responsable du département R&D, je dirige la stratégie technologique et sui responsable de la tenue des projets de l'equipe de conception (18 personnes). Je suis en charge des recrutements et du management de cette equipe en direct.

    Rattaché au directeur général, je participe au CoDir et a la stratégie de la société. Je participe aux comité de validation des projets et à la gestion des délais et de la qualité de ceux-ci. Je gère directement plusieurs projets.

    En relation étroite avec le service industrialisation je participe à la gestion des mises en fabrication, je suis aussi plusieurs intervenants internatiaunaux dans les projets.

    Je travail en lien avec le marketing pour definir les produits et avec les services sav et qualité pour améliorer les process et assurer la maintenance des produits.
