Since 5 years I am leading Sales BI projects as Project Director (Directeur de Projet) that are linked with :
- BI strategy : Technical & Functional Architect on the information system / Define Strategy & drive roadmap
- Solution Development : Implement Solution (ETL, Olap cubes, SQL server, Qlikview, Datawarehouse project, Web design, Big data)
- Quality : drive Quality Test phases.
- Production: Ensure smooth production, by sticking to agreed SLA
- User support : Support the Sales user community (3000+) : Front desk, …
- Solution deployment : Deploy all new solutions across Europe.
- Project Management structure: Agile.
- Team management : Manage from E2E perspective (from development to production & support) all teams involved in the BI life cycle above. Approx : 100 people accross the globe.
