    2015 - maintenant ● Directed multiple projects using analysis, design, manufacturing, prototyping and input testing.
     BMW SKD Photo Booth upgrade ($50K = 15 seconds reduced on C/T),
    ● Created, budgeted, and led implementation for the BMW F15 Instrumental Panel sequenced buffer extension (Project cost $400K to increase capacity from 100 to 200 units. Managed the IP team of plant personnel (10 people) and contractors to install over Christmas shutdown and commission new buffer extension without delay for startup).
    ● Supported production using Faurecia Excellence Systems tools to improve material flow, plant layout, hoshins and standards.
    ● With Hoshin team evaluated kitting concept proposals to reduce MOD positions from 3 to 2 per shift.
     Hoshin reduced from 3 MOD to 2 MOD per shift, saving 120 hrs per week, $135K/year.
    ● Managed two interns to support continuous improvement within the workplace through value-added process improvement, FES standards within the F15 Program.

  • Michelin - Industrial Engineer/ Technology watch unit member

    FERRAND 2014 - 2015 ● Managed projects aimed at developing and testing different storage feasibility solutions for tires.
    ● Researched and gathered data to increase performance levels in storage management.
    ● Utilized both flow and cost analysis on every proposed solution.
    ● Piloted a dynamic flow modelization using a kanban system through an external consulting company.

  • Alstom Power - Assitant of the overall construction manager (on TES 6 project)

    Levallois-Perret Cedex 2013 - 2014 On the project TES 6 where Alstom build a 600MW charcoal power plant, my duties is to be in charge of piping MP/LP follow up and progress. Optimized the piping erection productivity and contributed to the elaboration of the Alstom tool, Alstom Construction System (Lean manufacturing way).

  • PEUGEOT SCOOTERS - Assisted a Project Manager (stage)

    2012 - 2012 ● Formulated and action plan to minimize the cost of phasing out and ending the production of a scooter model.
    ● Reduced the production cost of another scooter model.
