·To support and manage the Professional Development function within the Security Division (6000 employees in more than 15 countries) ensuring a full deployment of People1st Management Program.
1.Professional Development
·Manage the preparation and approval of the People Review process.
·Coordinate the implementation of actions arising from the People Review, focussing on succession plan, high potential, key skills and mobility.
·Assist Business Line (BL) HR teams in the effective ongoing management and delivery of the key People1st processes.
·Manage the effective implementation of a mentoring system for all international moves, cross - job family moves and significant promotions.
·Initiate new development initiatives commensurate with business, corporate and financial needs, for example 360° appraisal and coaching.
·Represent the Division in Group and as appropriate Country Professional Development Networks.
·Ensure effective communication on Professional Development in the Division.
2.Training
·Produce a consolidated training plan for the Division including costs, timescales and priorities.
·Assist BL HR teams in the development, implementation and evaluation of their training plans.
·Design and deliver innovative development and training programmes for specialists.
·Promote Group training initiatives.
3.Mobility
·To act as a catalyst for mobility within the Group.
·Monitor and report mobility levels within the Division.
Previously, in charge of HR Generalist responsabilities for a Thales subsidiary.
