2012 - 2012Responsible of the two plants in the Netherlands. I lead projects such as the switch of the cantine (from the RFQ to the contract), the switch of the working clothes supplier and I align both sites to Faurecia standard (instauration of a supplier panel, respect of the ordering procedures...)

Düsseldorf2009 - 2010I completed an additional six month internship in the Raw Material division of Henkel headquarters in Düsseldorf.
I was responsible for the KPI-Feedback process for fragrance suppliers, which included quarterly data analysis, comprehensive presentation and being the first point of contact for suppliers). I also updated the KPI-Feedback process user manual.
I worked on the development of a migration plan for expendable, local and bottleneck suppliers. As the assistant of the corporate director of purchasing I supported the preparation of the conferences
SEPAWA and SDA.
During this internship I had the opportunity to work with partners located all around the world. I had the opportunity to work in a small team and improve my communication skills.
Robert Bosch Gmbh
- Financial Controller & Sales Assistant (internship)
Saint Ouen Cedex2008 - 2008I completed my second six month internship at Bosch in Stuttgart as a cost and revenue financial controller for the Production Tools Sales division. I provided Senior Management with monthly reports on turnover and costs and analyzed the department cost centres to identify potential variations. I completed the conversion of the departments reporting system to the newly implemented IFRS accounting system.
I also assisted sales and marketing by dealing with the French distributor to help resolve delivery issues and day to day tasks.
During this internship I had the opportunity to work in an international environment. This experience allowed me to manage a significant work load. My commitment to finishing required task is exemplified by my consistently high result.
Holiday Inn at Disneyland Paris
- Human Resources Assistant (internship)
2006 - 2006I completed my first six month internship with the Human Resources department of the Disneyland Paris Holiday Inn.
My main responsibility was the temporary personal management on a daily basis (recruitment, payroll etc). I also helped new employees to settle in and managed HR administrative tasks (e.g.: payroll, employer legal requirements etc).
Through the management of temporary staff, I demonstrated strong problem solving and decision making. This experience also enhanced my organization skills.
