It was a good opportunity to give me the full understanding of the centrifugal compressors control.

Generate work order for instrument maintenance as per DCS diagnostic request, support instrument technician to perform all required preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting the urgent instrumentation problems.
Plan and Establish Modbus serial communication between DCS and the Brownfield control PLC packages.

Assigned as the key person to assist at the revamping of water injection station (turbo-pumps) with ICS Company (USA) and commissioning of 6 production separators with Petrofac to handle long term maintenance.
Supervise the instrument calibration pressure/flow/temperature/level transmitters, digital valve controllers, and digital analyzers as well as function Loop testing. All these instrument support Hart protocol.
Commissioning and put in operation the TC2000 PLUS Electroflovalve which consists of PLC GE FANUC 90/70 Triple Modular Redundant control system and HMI Interface Intouch software, Servo-driver Pacific Scientific 950(basic language) used as controller of the power fuel turbine, 3500 system Bentley Nevada vibration monitor and ANSUL IQ301 fire & gas protection panel.
Commissioning and put in operation six separators Petrofac controlled by 2 PLC Allen Bradley Flex Logix, one for Process control and other for ESD system.
