1) ADMINISTRATIF:
* Person in charge of supply, inventories and controls of stocks, report of controls of the costs. ;
* Manage and supervise 3 exploitations (Camp Akokan, Camp SOMAIR and Camp COMINAK) with 300 POB / day ;
* Manage & direct a team of expatriates ``3'' and local employees``73'' of catering ;
* Organize the work forces, the planning of staff and to produce the necessary elements to the establishment of the cards of wages ;
* Supervise & take part in the local staff training ;
* Take care of the respect of the contractual clauses with the partner and of the good relationships between all the parts ;
* Ensure the good performance of the camp in a permanent way and under the best conditions
2) KITCHEN, CANTEENS AND STORES:
* Person in charge of the kitchen, the Local of meal and the good behavior of the stores ;
* Ensure a good local supply in time and quality and make sure of the permanence of a minimum stock for each article ;
* Make sure that the ordered products are in conformity with the standards ;
* As of the arrival of the products, check their quality, the expiration dates, packing and the regulations ;
* Make sure of a good storage of the products and follow the bearing ``First in, First out'' ;
* Supervise the preparation of the meals and the respect of the menus preestablished with the partner ;
* Establishment of the menus ;
* Be present during the hours of meal to check quality of it ;
* To be able to provide information to the partner with regard to the quality and the variety of the menus ;
* Make sure that hygiene and the safety regulations are well followed and respected ;
* Make regular weekly inspections of the kitchens, Restaurants and stores to make sure that all cleaning and that the intervention of maintenance are followed in agreement with the partner.
3) HOUSE KEEPING AND LAUNDRY
* Responsibility for the organization for the service accommodation and laundry ;
* Make sure that all the ordered and bought products of cleaning are adequate with the requirements of the camp ;
* Train local staff to make sure that they will be performent in their work. ;
* Show local staff how to use the products of cleaning and to draw their attention to the procedures of security during the use. ;
* To make regular weekly inspections of the residences, rooms of relaxation and corridors to make sure that the cleaning and the intervention of the staff of maintenance were indeed made. ;
