    I assume the role of a Central Project Delivery Coordinator within the Release Management and Coordination team from a French international group specializing in insurance. I work on several project deployment involving off-shore teams (European & Indian).

    I’m in charge of:

    • Implementing the Core Test Strategy

    • Analysing and aligning several projects

    • Representing the client to give final acceptance to the developments performed by external providers

    • Controlling the level of quality throughout the test phases through KPI’s and qualitative feedback and always making sure exit criterion are fully met from one phase to another of the project life cycle.

    • Documenting the test results in Test Closure Memos.

    • Coordinating the local tests during the country implementation phase. The tests cycles are:
    - Component Test (Central)
    - Assembly Test (Central)
    - Product tests (Local)
    - Integration Tests (Local)
    - UAT (User Acceptance Tests) (Local)
    - Authorisation Tests (Local)

    • Liaising with the central domain and build teams to report and prioritise defect resolution within agreed timeframes

    • Administrating and controlling the HPQC testing monitoring tool

    • Reporting on the test progress and on the solution quality level through KPI’s to the local & central programme management

    • Supervising the local test team in the following activities:
    - Designing test scripts and plans
    - Executing tests
    - Measuring and monitoring the execution progress during each test to ensure that the application is tested, validated, and completed on time and within budget
    - Identifying risks and issues arising from the testing and managing their resolution with the central & local teams

    • Developing and managing all aspects of the testing effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget and tools (HPQC and Clear Quest)

    • Documenting and communicating the status of testing progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary

    • Performing training sessions to the testers regarding the project’s methodology in order to obtain an buy-in

    • Define, implementing and maintaining project process guidance related to testing

    • Reviewing project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
