Alaaeddine Rjeb was born in Souassi, Tunisia, in 1992. He received his B. Sc. in physics at University of Monastir, Tunisia, in 2014. In the same university, he got the M. Sc. in electronics and microelectronics in December 2016 with a thesis entitled 'Mode coupling analysis in multicore fibers'. From January 2017 to September 2017, he had worked as a research fellow at electronics and microelectronics Lab, Department of physics, University of Monastir, where now he is pursuing his PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Habib Fathallah and co-supervision of Prof. Mohsen Machhout. His main research topic is about few mode-optical fiber designs with focus on next generation orbital angular momentum specialty fiber
