    • Define and implement adapted approaches, in order to ease and consolidate relationship with Customers.
    • Ensure the front line contact with Customers and facilitate the liaison with Sirio Panels specialists on the following topics:
    o Follow up of new products development.
    o Quality issues
    o Deliveries issues
    • Propose all actions required to improve customers' satisfaction.

    Blagnac 2004 - 2009 Handled Corrective, Improvement and Development projects with international Suppliers leading to improvement of On Time Delivery and Quality Performances, e.g.:
    • Global operations improvement project (Quality, parts identification, spares mgt, FAL removals reduction, Transfer of work from Italy to Romania…) (Sirio Panel)
    • Work Flows improvement through process reengineering (GSIS OTD from 71 to 97,7%)

    RUEIL MALMAISON 2001 - 2004 Handled all project aspects from Economical and Technical justification to Validation and Start-Up. Responsible for budget, lead-time and negotiations with Vendors, including:
    - Purchased $5M worth of Packaging Equipment for two High Speed Packaging Lines, established controlling reports, performed First Acceptance Tests.
    - Revamped a Bottle Packaging Line: improved speed from 120 to 220 bpm ($1.1M).
  • Novartis - Maintenance Support Manager

    RUEIL MALMAISON 1997 - 2001 Supervised the "Methods and Technical Supply" Team.
    Implemented a CMMS (MP2) allowing a better control over the MRO activities
    Reorganized the Technical Supply process:
    Established annual contracts with vendors.
    Improved the accuracy of inventories up to 99%.
  • Novartis - MRPII CLASS "A" Certification Project Leader

    RUEIL MALMAISON 1995 - 1996 Built and Animated Project Team and workgroups.
    Trained the whole plant population to MRPII concepts (300 people).
    Streamlined the Planning and Execution processes (SOP, MPS, MRP, RCCP).
    Improved data accuracy (BOM, routings) above 99.9%.
    Established partnership with vendors (rolling forecasts, lead-times reduction).
