    2016 - maintenant REPORTING: Reports on daily basis to the Plant Director and the Country Manager.

    SUPERVISON: Supervises all the drivers, the Head of workshop, Head of Finance & Administration, Fleet Officers, Fleet Analysts, Traffic Officers, Store, Safety Officer and Tracking team – Total around 300 employees.

    BASIC FUNCTION: Overall responsible for planning, executing and following up on a fleet of 202 trucks performing local deliveries of cement and raw materials within the whole country. Supervise and control workshop activities based at Yassa/Douala and transport finance and administration activities as well.

  • HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES - Equipment Maintenance & Fleet Supervisor in charge of Cameroon & Equatorial Guinea

    2014 - 2016 REPORTING: Reports to the CMR & EG Base Managers (BM) and West Africa Maintenance Manager (WAMM).

    SUPERVISON: Supervises all the drivers, the chief mechanic, chief electrical, chief electronic and the chief welding & fabrication.

    BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for planning, executing and following up on our fleet of more than 20 vehicles performing operational activities within and outside of Douala.

    Supervise and control the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, electronics and coordinate all fabrication & welding activities in the workshop.

  • Damco Global Logistics/MAERSK CAMEROON - AP Moller Maersk group - Trucking Assistant Manager

    2010 - 2014 REPORTING: On a daily basis I was reporting to the Damco Operations Manager (DOM).

    DESCRIPTION & SUPERVISON:
    Overall responsible for planning, executing and following up on our fleet of more than 30 trucks performing local deliveries within and outside of Douala.
    Supervises the Field Trucking Coordinator, Trucking Invoicing Assistant and the Trucking Customer Service Senior Assistant.

    JOB ROLE: the main objective of the role is to execute and maintain the DAMCO delivery of operations excellence through:
    • Ensure we have a strong team in place to proactively manage trucking within Cameroun;
    • Ensure we have the trucking capacity needed to service our customers
    • Ensure we have the best service and rates in the market;
    • Work closely with Maersk Line, Safmarine and APMT to ensure all internal stakeholders are satisfied;
    • Compile input for monthly reports;
