    2007 - maintenant Managing Director EMEAI of Hydratight, Actuant Corporation.
    Hydratight provides world-class bolted joint solutions and machining services to the Power Generation (Wind
    – Fossil - Nuclear), Oil and Gas (upstream – Midstream – downstream), Industrial and Aero industries. The
    portfolio includes products sales, rental and services.
    - Member of the Hydratight world-wide Leadership team (250MUS$ sales), world-wide strategy and tactics
    - Member of the Regional Leaders team with peers in Asia and Americas
    - Today full responsibility of the EMEAI P&L (130MUS$) with rolling forecast every 3 months. I started in
    the position with a P&L responsibility in EMEAI of 40 MUS$.

  • Milton Roy groupe UTC - Managing Director Haskel

    2005 - 2007 Opening of a legal entity in Jebel Ali (UAE) in order to handle the Milton Roy and Haskel associated brands.
    This has been decided further to a market analysis that has been requested to me by the Milton Roy Managing
    Director.
    Follow up of the GM in the French (5 M€), Italian (2M€), Spanish (2M€) and UAE subsidiaries (2M€
    (Haskel) + 4M€ (Milton-Roy)).
    From September 04 to December 05, I was part of the integration team further to the acquisition of the
    company by UTC. The aim was the merger of Haskel and Milton Roy an other pump company of the
    organization. Some accomplishments have been the closing of the workshop in France with subcontracting,
    closing of the Dutch operation, implementation of the UTC procedures. I was the European team member for
    Haskel.
    · 40 staffs under my responsibility in several countries.

    · Implementation of a new product flow further to a market analysis
    · Work on the standardization of the systems product range

    · Taking over of the German operation further to a realignment. I focused the German subsidiary on the core
    expertise and segments.
    · Taking over of the Dutch operation further of the resignation of the General Manager and his team as they
    opened a competitive company to us. I down sized the operation and set-up a new team in a defensive
    situation.
    · Opening in 2003 of the office in Abu Dhabi further a market study I did in respect of the Gulf region and the
    Oil & Gas potential.
