Pre-sales:
• OTT/IPTV Products Presentation.
• PoC Deployment & Demonstration.

Project Management:
• Provides expertise on architecture solutions and guidelines for operability and stability
• Coordinates processes required for major/minor releases, infrastructure evolutions and implementations
• Manage Middle Range Complexity OTT/IPTV Project & Customer Relationship.
Operations:
• Implements Proof of Concept remotely or on the field.
• Integrates and Deploys OTT/IPTV Platform in the Ecosystem (Encoders, CDN, DRM, CMS).
• Takes Service Acceptance Tests - Develop scripts to improve SAT success rate
• Trains Customers and Partners.
Support
• Analyses and fixes First & Second level of issues on Production.
• Diagnoses and reports bugs to R&D and Management. Recreates complex bugs in lab/test environment.
• Follow the issue fixing process and prioritize for a timely resolution.

Acting as a consultant for the SNCM, I had a year to consolidate and keep deploying the change of the workshop (Ships maintenance) from a cost centre to a profit centre.
Environment :
• High presence of Union with strong power - Strikes, Trials.
• Family business - Resistance to the change.
• High rate of sickleaves and accidents. Hypersensitivity.
I first analyzed the complex environment, identified Weaknesses and Strengths (Swot) then defined a strategic plan on different leverages.

Neotion
- Embedded Software Engineer (Apprenticeship)

Neotion is a French Company specialized on TV Control Access Systems for Pay TV Operators. They develop TV CAMs ( Conditional Access Module) that enable stream decryption and provide CMS for authorized customers.
Embedded Applications are running on these CAMs in order to provide services.
Based on a V Development Cycle, my mission was to implement a system able to take Tests sessions automatically on all types of CAMs each time a change occurred in the one of the SDK. It implied analyzing the existing system, look for technology, study the feasibility, design the software architecture, programming, testing, training and documentation.
Technical architecture :
• C Library for all SDKs.
• Communication protocol between embedded targets - CAMs - and testing PCs.
• Python Unit Tests framework to Trigger Tests session.
• Trac/Bitten to retrieve, build and display results.
Achieved:
• Savings over working resources costs: 11k€ a year.
• Reliability & Quality improvement: 99% Firmware released with no regressions.
• Error identification enhancement: 99% on time Firmware delivery.
