    • Managing the localization needs (translation/adaptation of technical documentation and software to individual markets) for customers such as IBM, COREL, POLYCOM, EMC. Follow up of the various phases of a project, from initialization , to planning, executing, monitoring and closing.
    • Responsible for the operations of the following programmes:
    GOOGLE (2004 - 2006). The account has been growing over the years reaching a revenue of 9 M$. I took part in the setup of the « Follow the sun » program, a 24 hours per day service delivery to Google by several Lionbridge sites (Seattle, Valbonne, Warsow, Mumbai).
