2006 - 2006Le groupe Chiesi est implanté sur le marché des laboratoires pharmaceutiques. Il produit et commercialise une large gamme de médicaments répartis sur cinq domaines thérapeutiques : néonatalogie, maladies respiratoires, gastro-entérologie, système locomoteur et enfin cardiovasculaire. Le groupe a engagé depuis plusieurs années une politique de forte croissance avec en point de mire un objectif européen à l'horizon 2009. Un défi ambitieux qui s'est traduit par l'acquisition de filiales, le renforcement du portefeuille produits, des investissements conséquents pour la R&D mais aussi le déploiement de progiciels intégrés pour renforcer la compétitivité de l'organisation. Cette stratégie d'expansion s'opère en effet sur un secteur devenu très concurrentiel et de plus en plus exigeant sur la qualité sanitaire des produits. Dans ce contexte, le contrôle de gestion prend toute sa valeur et apparaît comme un élément central de la société.
Durant la période de février à décembre 2006, j’ai donc été amené à effectuer un stage au sein de la filiale française de Chiesi, située à Courbevoie en région parisienne. Au cours de ce stage au département contrôle de gestion, j’ai eu l’occasion de m’intéresser particulièrement au rôle du contrôleur de gestion dans une entreprise. C’est au fil des mois que j’ai pu découvrir les différents aspects du métier tels que les fonctions qu’il occupe, la place de son métier dans l’entreprise, ou encore la valeur ajoutée qu’il lui peut apporter. Plus largement, ce stage a été l’opportunité pour moi d’appréhender le monde du travail. J’ai pu tirer les enseignements nécessaires afin d’envisager un futur dans cette branche.
