collaboration with Munich Headquarters, I was responsible for the origination,
analysis and follow-up of the lifetime of the project finance transactions for all French
and German Major Accounts. I was responsible for all front office supervision and
control of middle office for transactions.
* Successfully managed the settlement of the project finance structure of windfarms
and solar energy plants for EDFEN and Eolfi, and infrastructure projects, e.g. toll
roads, PPP's scheme, hospitals, prisons.
* I was a Member of the steering committee for a major Bulgarian transaction
(Maritza), involving 27 parties, and the State of Bulgaria. Representing the Bayern LB
Bank, I managed to keep all parties at the table negotiating during a very difficult
transaction.
* Major Transactions:
o EDFEN: EUR 100m on six windfarms located all over France (6 individual
transactions)
o POWEO power plants: EUR 50m
