I'm Global Business Operations Manager responsible for the D&T Themes & Solutions (Big data, IoT, Data Science), based in Paris, for SAP a global software vendor that provide solutions for driving company’s financial and business performance (ERP, CRM, financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning).

I was fortunate enough to work for 14 years with known firms, an invaluable experience, which only reinforced my desire to build up a strong financial business oriented experience in large international companies. In addition, my years working for international firms have given me the ability to interact on a professional level in a predominantly Anglo-Saxon business environment.

    Paris 2010 - maintenant Member of the leadership team, responsible for the operations of WW Performance & Insight Optimization (P&IO), drive operational excellence and enables sales & delivery productivity through best-in-class processes and operational excellence
    - Work with Global leaders to turn the overall strategy in relevant metrics and objectives; support acquisitions and integration efforts.
    - Manage by exception : run business analysis, identify business performance weaknesses and drive action plans to recover, help to drive the continuous growth of P&IO
    - Help to design and drive the execution for specific operational processes, mostly connected with a dedicated portfolio of assets-based services; implement and control all the standard FSS operational process; continuously enhance relevance, efficiency and effectiveness, adoption and reliability.
    - Responsible for tracking and reporting operating metrics in line with overall corporate strategy and assess and help reporting accuracy; ensure effective and timely visibility on performance, including forecast and actual results; represent P&IO interest in the annual budgeting process
    - Assist business development personnel in tracking pipeline development across the various services and geographies; in throughout qualification and sales cycles to facilitate technical and business wins, evaluating and analyzing ongoing quotes & proposals to make sure that we have the best possible deal structures, thus optimizing short and long term revenue
    - Help to manage existing and evolving delivery capacity to align it with current and forecasted market opportunities
    - Responsible for revenue recognition and accounting implications of P&IO assets-based portfolio and delivery model
