Bagnolet2012 - 2015Saft is currently the leader in high technology batteries. The philosophy of Saft is to insist on a
customer oriented vision (internal as well as external customer).
My personal involvement concerned Aircraft market batteries production. My position as manager
assistant alowed me to learn about leading a team (30 workers).
I leaded a project with this mission: reduce material and labour wastes, contributing in this way to
continuous improvement approach. With this project I learned how to solve problems with this
approach which helps keep good benefits and improve them.
I analyzed production indicators and created some, trained and leaded a team, defined objectives,
monitored actions, gave trainings and tracked results. I also learned in Saft about the need of
traceability and the importance of customer satisfaction focus.
