  • EMBRAER - Customer Support Regional Manager - Executive Jets

    Villepinte 2011 - 2015 Responsible for Western Europe Customer Support Team including Germany, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Malta, Portugal and Slovenia. This position covers the Support of the entire Embraer Executive Jets products family (Phenom, Legacy and Lineage).
    - Management of a team of 5 Field Support Engineers,
    - Representative of the Customer Support Senior Manager in the region,
    - Responsible for all operational activities of the team,
    - Responsible of Projects and Aircraft Programs, including Retrofit Programs, Organization and Customer satisfaction,
    - Direct contact with Customers, Owners, Crews, CAMO, High Management, Program Development, Service Centers, Repair Shop, Engineering and Production in Brazil,
    - Responsible and coordinator of the Phenom 300 Entry into Service within the NetJets European Fleet (NJE),
    - Customer Account Manager for the Phenom 100 and 300 fleet based in EMEA region since the first delivery,
    - Technical referent of aircraft types for the region and participating to investigation after aircraft incident and accident,
    - Responsible of aircraft Entry into Service since the first Phenom delivery,
    - Organization and participation of Conferences and Aeronautical events with Customers.
    - Support of Sales during Sales Campaign and demo flight with prospect. Active participation and collaboration with the Sales department to promote Embraer products and services within the Region.
  • EMBRAER - Field Support Engineer - Executive Jets

    Villepinte 2008 - 2011 - Field Support Engineer for the 600 Legacy fleet in EMEA
    - Project Manager for major refurbishment of interior cabin.
    - Responsible for the preparation of the Phenom 100 and 300 Entry into Service during the developpement process of this new aircraft familly by the brazilian engineering.
    - Technical representative for Embraer and Customers during aircraft maintenance stops (scheduled or unscheduled) in maintenance centers.
    - Technical qualification B1/B2 on Legacy 600, Phenom 100 and 300.
  • BLUE LINE - Technical and Maintenance Controller

    2006 - 2008 Blue Line is a French Airline based in Roissy Charles de Gaulle (95) (Paris, France) and operate two MD83 and two Fokker 100.
    Role :
    - Ensure the airworthiness condition of the fleet (MD83, F100),
    - Analyze failures and organize rescues for repairs until release to service,
    - Schedule and organize Maintenance checks in subcontracted PART 145 organizations,
    - Follow-up of the Line Maintenance and the Base Maintenance
    - Logistic management (order of parts and equipment)
    - Management of the maintenance out of the main base, Roissy CDG,
    - Conduct technical hotlines,
    - Supervision of the technical subcontractors,
    - Technical representive during Check of Blue Line aircraft (In Arlanda by Priority Maintenance for MD83 and in Dinard by Sabena Technics for Fokker 100).
  • AAA - Production Manager

    Paris 2005 - 2006 Position in a compagny subcontractor of Airbus.
    Responsible for opening and managing the Airbus Deutschland detachment in Toulouse.
    - Coordinate logistic, technical support and production,
    - Report to the customer of progress and compliance with production targets,
    - Adapt production resources in terms of technicians and tools based on workload analysis,
    - Monitor the quality of the service to meet commitments,
    - Contribute to the development of the production site by getting the responsibility of the
    entire production chain from receipt of materials until installation of brackets on airplane,
    - Responsible of customer relationship.
