Management of a team made of 4 Shift Managers, 10 Operations Supervisors, approx. 15-25 sortation associates and approx. 70-100 delivery associates (3rd party) off-peak.

■ Manage shipping docks operators, performances, training and plan labor capacity.
■ Manage shipping docks area in terms of safety, productivity and quality. Conduct and follow main development projects for the dock area in the fast growing Fulfillment Center of Lauwin-Planque (Nord). In charge of the deployment, configuration and design of all the dock's sorting installations (including a 50 chutes automatic flat sorter device).
■ Manage daily transportation planning, adjust truck planning through production capacity, resolve all types of transportation issues, contact with transport planners for next planning inputs and for sortation strategies implementation.
