    o Ran and Developed dynamic, systemised and standardised Sales reporting
    o Provided analysis and insights on Sales Performance to the National Sales Manager. Turned data into insights in order to provide meaningful information to optimise the Decision-Making process.
    o Developed and managed the forecasting tool designed to facilitate the communication between the different Sales Stakeholders
    o Created a set of dashboard designed to proactively monitor the Sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities
    o Provided analytical and training support on the Sales CRM tool (‘PaLM’).
    o Provided analytical and administration support to the Trade Spend process.

     Key Project & Achievement:
    o Created and implemented a SAP Business Object (Web Intelligence) Scorecard designed to optimize Nestle’s Direct Beverage Business profitability.
    This Scorecard is now used by the Senior Leadership Team to measure and manage Nestle’s Customers profitability and is an instrumental tool of driving Cultural Change.
    By merging Sales data from SAP and CRM data from PaLM, I have built a reporting tool that allows our Leaders to manage our Business based on a ‘Customer Product Contribution Statement’.
  • Village Center (Groupe Promeo) - Revenue Manager

    2010 - 2011 => Responsibilities:
    o Project managed and developed the pricing strategy.
    o Coordinated the implementation of the pricing strategy between the call center, the website, the brochure, the back office procedures and the pricing tool.
    o Evaluated and set up weekly the revenue and occupancy rate forecast, for each campsite, and distribution channel, enabling prompt analysis and a reliable response to the forecast findings.
    o Presented and discussed my revenue forecast proposition with the Senior Management team.
    o Updated the Business Intelligence tool.
    o Created and presented a weekly update and analysis of the previous weeks sales based on the dashboards set up to meet the requirements of the Senior Management team.
    o Monitored and analysed the evolution of each distribution channel’s revenue and occupancy rate using the forecast and the previous year’s data in order to implement remedial actions as necessary.
    o Supported the implementation of a new IT system, which was rolled out throughout the Company.

    => Key Achievements:
    o Increased low season revenue by 30%.
    o Increased the revenue at the beginning and the end of the high season by 35% using creative ways of optimising the average selling price.
    o Researched and wrote 2 thesis entitled:
    - “The Business Intelligence, a lever to optimise the Yield Management?”

    2010 - 2010 => Responsibilities:
    o Supported the creation and implementation of a Business Intelligence Tool, designed to help increase the Company’s revenue.
    o Assisted the implementation of a Yield Management culture throughout the different managers.
    o Created a Dashboard Analytical System, based on the KPI’s highlighted in order to improve the efficiency of the decision-making process based on “real time” data.
    o Provided a weekly update and report to the Senior Management team in order to maximise our revenue by increasing our occupancy rate and our average selling price.
    o Project managed the study and analysis of 3 years historical customer data in order to highlight consumption trends (during low and peak season).
    The data and figures were converted into visible trends to support current and future marketing techniques. The main trends were then arranged into different clusters of typical customer’s behavior to identify how to target each one with an appropriate offer.

    => Key Achievements:
    o Presented analysis and recommendations in a presentation to the Senior Management team which enabled a greater knowledge of the Company’s customers and trends of consumption. This analysis would now be fundamental to reach our revenue maximisation goal, offering the right service/product, at the right price, at the right customer, at the right time.
  • Village Center - Groupe Promeo - Customer Service Analyst

    2009 - 2009 => Responsibilities:
    o Answered phone calls and customers enquiries.
    o Provided a helpful after sales service.
    o Updated the customer’s information database.
    o Ensured rent payments were collected each month without delay.
    o Registered rent payments using the Company’s payment system (IDPMS).

    => Key Project:
    o Conducted a “mobile-home owner” satisfaction survey. Created a questionnaire, administered the survey to the owners, entered the survey’s results through “sphinx” software and converted data into charts and graphs, which highlighted trends for analysis. The data was then summarised in a written report and presented to the Senior Management team.
