    Mission :
    Defining Supply Chain strategy for UTC Europe on Fleet and Factory indirect commodities (Energy, facilities management, industrial gases and chemical products).

    Fleet includes responsibility over > 24 000 vehicles across Europe - management of relation with Leasers & Car Manufacturers, with the objectives of reducing TCO and coordinating European strategy.

    Responsibilities for Factory commodities include overall strategy definition and implementation over 70+ UTC production sites in Europe.

  • CARRIER - Commodity Buyer

    Montluel 2004 - 2008 Responsibilities :
    - 32 M€ / 35 suppliers portfolio management (electrical function, motors, injected plastic parts, sensors, hydronic function)
    - Negotiation on cost, quality and logistics improvement
    - Lead buyer for Electrical motors for Carrier BSS (4 factories: France, US, China, Brazil)
    - Participation to new developments’ extended team : new suppliers and technologies introduction

    Achievements :
    - Low labor cost countries projects implemented in China, India, Tunisia, Mexico and Hungary
    - Low labor cost countries spent increased from 0.8M€ to 5.8M€
    - Completion of 5 e-Auctions over a 1.2M€ spent, total saving of 0.4M€ (Ariba platform)
