  - Sourcing products from Asia and Europe
  - Negotiation based on QCD factors (Quality Cost Delivery lead time)
  - Acknowledgement of the TCO in the supplier evaluation process: consider the total cost of purchase with the purchasing price, development costs (test, sampling, trials…), logistics costs (transportation, holding cost...)
  - Development and presentation of commercial offers to the end customers (Disney, Flunch, Bioderma,…)
  - Supplier and customer portfolio management: calls to existing customers, regular exchanges with many vendors.
  - Follow up of various projects from the identification of product specifications until its final delivery.
