En résumé

Après avoir passé près de 10 ans en Realtech Italia S.p.A je suis actuellement Wipro Consultant dans une mission chez EADS en Toulouse.
J'ai acquis compétence autour plusieurs solutions SAP et j’ai obtenu de certifications dans le domaine BC.
Actuellement mes activités se concentrent principalement sur le monitoring des systèmes afin d'assurer « une bonne santé » et de proposer des mesures proactives pour améliorer constamment les performances.

    2010 - maintenant I am in charge of monitoring of SAP HR systems. We analize any issue and provide suggestions for the resolution. We follow all the process since the issue appear until the issue is solved.
  • Realtech Italia / Customer: BVLGARI, - Service Manager

    2006 - 2010 Responsibilities: SAP Senior Consultant / Services Manager. 3rd Level Support to Help Desk and end users.
    My role consist in provide a Technical support on whole SAP Global landscape (ECC, R3, SCM, BI, EP, Solution Manager, GRC, CFM, BCS, SEM and CRM) and lead a Remote Team compose by 2 colleagues for 1rd level support.
    Technical Service Manager. Standard Basis Activities, Troubleshooting, tuning, homogeneous system copy, system optimization, backup-restore, TSM/Tivoli, 3 level support users, maintenance kernel and support packages, plugins, updates, fix oracle, solution manager configuration and implementation. Monitoring. Notes application, IDOC administration and implementation. Day to day operations and problem solving.
    Technical support on R3 to ECC 6.0 upgrade, AP0 3.1 to SCM 5.0 upgrade, CRM 4.0 to 7.0 upgrade, BW 3.5 to BI 7.0 upgrade. Aix – Windows – Oracle Environment. SCM Basis support LiveCache.
    SAP Authorizations, Stress Tests, problem solving. Additional support on EP, PI, GRC. Support to Help Desk and Worldwide Users.

    2001 - maintenant SAP Senior Consultant
    My role consist in provide a Professional Service supporting own customers on-site or from remote locations, covering H24 environments.This service is provided with automatic monitoring controls and alerting.
    Own actions are aimed to unlock very high problems like downs, or startup problems, and unavailability of the systems, space problems, dump analisys, problem solving, etc.
    The service is in very complex environments with different DB and OS like Unix, Linux, Windows, HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Oracle & RAC, DB2, MAXDB, etc. Installations/upgrades/migrations.
