En résumé

J'ai 16 ans d'expérience dans les environnements fonctionnel, technique et opérationnelle, n'ont apportés une vision globale des projets.
J'ai plus de 9 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans les secteurs des télécommunications et de la haute technologie.
Je gère des équipes multiculturelles à travers une variété d'industries (Aviation, Gouvernement, Armee, Bank...) Je maîtriser les techniques de livraisons des solutions à travers les principes du leadership dans la gestion des ressources sur mes projets (PMI).
Je contrôle l'intégration des solutions haute technologie par la création de directives claires, efficace, liant une réponse rapide et des résultats de qualité pour mes projets.
J'ai pu améliorer mes compétences en planification, réduction des coûts, gestion des offres et de négociation dans différent domaine d'industrie (Banque, Opérateur, secteur Publique...)
De plus, je prépare un mastère en Réseaux et Telecom en VAE a l'UBO université de Brest.

    Paris 2014 - 2015 Solution Delivery Manager pour Emirates Group basé à Dubaï Emirats Arabe Unis.

    - Au sein IT Infrastructure d’Emirates Group gestion des projets d’acquisition de Services et de solution.
    - Gestion de projet de solution d’infrastructure :
    o EFSS Enterprise File Sharing

    Paris 2012 - 2014 I was appointed to manage multiple projects across several British Telecom France clients.

    Saint Gobain Project:
    With a long international history, which began in France in 1665 when the Royal Glass works was established, the Saint-Gobain group is now the world leader on habitat and construction markets, providing innovative solutions to save energy and protect the environment.
    Functional scope: Interconnecting up to 1000 sites on the new MPLS ADSL Connect+ Product on the 21 CN Platform and ttransferring support from Amsterdam to Thurso helpdesk, under BTCS (BT Converge Services) responsibility.
    Objectives:
     Resource Planning
     Manage internal and external resources towards projects completion
     Responsible of a smooth transformation
     Responsible for all the communication & reporting to stakeholders

    Achievements:
     Full client satisfaction
     Award more project to start after current project completion
     Strengthened DATA across around 1000 physical sites

    Nexans Project:
    TOIP project with migration of the existing VOIP solution to Cisco TOIP solution; through BT Network and SIP Trunking.

    Renault-Nissan Project:
    BID for a WAN transformation on 60 sites in the world and BT domestic solution in Spain and Portugal.

    L’Oreal Project:
    Telepresence and HD Visio project, implementation of 3 TP rooms (TX9000) and 9 HD55 Profile through the BTC MPLS connection to the BTC Data Center.
  • Alcatel-Lucent - Project Manager

    Paris 2008 - 2012 I was appointed to manage multiple projects across several Alcatel-Lucent clients

    Dubai Airport Project:
    Dubai airport is a largest airport in the Middle East and the more active in terms of traffic.

    Functional scope: Interconnecting up to 16,000 users within different physical sites with information related to different departments of the airport(customs, immigrations, flights…)Unified communication: voicemail, email, VOIP

    Responsibilities:
    - Resource Planning
    - Manage internal and external resources towards projects completion
    - Responsible over budget
    - Responsible for all the communication & reporting to stakeholders
    - Identifying strength and weaknesses within several areas of the project and putting in place corrective and preventive action plan

    Achievements:
    - Project completed on deadline
    - $100,000 saving on budget
    - Reshuffling of teams (including appointment of external suppliers)
    - Managed to gain full trust and support of the client
    - Appointed by client on other projects


    Qatar Army Project:

    The Qatar Armed Forces are the military forces of Qatar. The country maintains a modest military force of approximately 11,800 men, including an army (8,500), navy (1,800) and air force (1,500).
    Functional scope: Standard voice system upgraded to voice over IP (VOIP) and implementation of a new DATA network to cover Qatar Army Intelligence Service (22 physical sites), interconnected with existing Qatar Army network.

    Objectives:
    - Managed the project from the design phase to the go live
    - Understanding the functional scope, responsible for liaising with client and match the day to day operations with client’s objectives
    - Resource planning, manage internal and external resources
    - Operational responsibilities of project cost and budget
    - Main point of contact for stakeholders

    Achievements:
    - Full client satisfaction
    - Award more project to start after current project completion
    - Strengthened DATA & VOIP security across 22 physical sites


    Etisalat UAE Project:

    Etisalat is one of the Internet hubs in the Middle East, providing connectivity to other telecommunications operators in the region. It is also the largest carrier of international voice traffic in the Middle East and Africa, and the 12th largest voice carrier in the world.
    Functional scope: Deploying a new voice network based on Alcatel-Lucent infrastructure, including unified communications and fax server application.

    Objectives:

    - Manage internal and external resources towards projects completion
    - Responsible over budget
    - Responsible for all the communication & reporting to stakeholders

    2004 - 2008 As Alcatel-Lucent expert, I managed and resolved incidents on the Alcatel-Lucent Solution for the XL clients, and if necessary involved Alcatel-Lucent R&D for a hot fix.
    Portfolio: Orange OBS, Caterpillar, Societe Generale, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Advance 2000, Verizon, Clark Country School District, USA Army.
