I am looking for position as Junior HR Manager able to start in August 2014 in Dubai.

After an engineering degree and around 2 years of experience as HRIS Consultant, I am attending a MBA in HR Management.

Understanding and helping company to organise and implement the requested HR management solution, being part of a project team and managing people are key elements that I am looking for in my day to day work.

The benefits from my various experiences coupled with my technical and scientific knowledge previously acquired complete my profile in order to achieve ambitious challenges.

    Bruxelles 2013 - maintenant I worked on different HR projects such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Training Management and Recruitment in the Dubai Regional Office of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. I reported directly to the Area Director of Human Resources Middle East & Sub Saharan Africa and I worked in collaboration with our Hotels HR Managers in Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa.

    Paris 2011 - 2012 I was a member of the Human Capital Management capability of Accenture. I took part in the implementation of SAP HR software package for different accounts like ELIS and SANOFI AVENTIS.
    My responsibilities were :
