    2011 - 2012 -WRITING PRESS RELEASES FOR THE NEW ISSUE (eg: Vogue January issue, Tatler January issue, Glamour January issue, World of Interior January issue)

    -MAINTAIN AND UPDATE PRESS DATABASE. I have had to do some google research for the different blogs database (eg: fashion blogs, travel blogs, running blogs). I have had to call all the newspapers (eg: The Times, The Independent, The Daily Mail) to update the food & wine editors database.

    -DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PRESS KIT (eg: press coverage for the Tokyo Fashion night, Nicholas Coleridge the new President of Condé Nast International, all the new issue of magazines). I have had to collect the press cuttings every morning, and have had to organize their duplication and distribution.

    -CLASSIC ASSISTANTSHIP TASK (eg: answering to the phone, message taking in case of the absence of a team member)

    2010 - 2011 -RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING AND COORDINATING THE PROMOTION OF THE ARTISTS ON THE LABEL

    -Promotion of the latest singles and albums with various media (tv, radio). I have had to send the new single/album to the different radio/tv producers with a complete biography and a selection of press-cutting. I had to follow up with the TV and radio producers to coordinate interviews with the various groups. After confirming the date and time of the interview, I also arranged the details (venue, date, time) for the musicians to play live on the programme if appropriate. And during the interview I was with the musicians to assist in any way necessary to facilitate a successful interview. (Then I have had to call the different producer to know if they want an interview of the group, if the group can sing in live during an emission, and then I have to organize the group venue (to choose a date, to fill up the worksheet;).I have had to be present during the interview/live/televised appearance...)

    2010 - 2010 -RELATION WITH THE PRESS I had to coordinate and manage the press releases, press listings, press conference.

    -MAINTAINING THE NEWS PAGES FOR THE FRANCE HANDBALL FEDERATION WEBSITE-MEN'S AND WOMEN'S TEAM
    I had to update and maintain the press section of the each website.To update the team results, the TV schedule, the calendar of international events, the biographies of each team member and the technical staff.

    -COORDINATION OF EVENTS (eg: “Tournoi FDJ Paris-Bercy”, “Tournoi International Paris Ile-de-France Féminin)
    I was responsible of the media accreditations, I had to compile match statistics for the media, and organize post match interviews with and press conferences for the players. This included organizing the conference room and managing the venue and timings of the press conferences and one to one interviews with journalists. inform the journalist of the statistics of the game, I have to organize the interview after the game between the press and the player (I needed to organize the conference room and then to manage the venue of the journalists)

    -I WAS THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR THE PRESS WHEN THE PRESS OFFICER WAS IN BUSINESS TRIP WITH THE TEAM.
    I had to answer at the different inquiries, I had to manage the interview, and had to prepare the return of the team in France (to write return press release, to organize the press conference, to update the press list, the guest list)

    I have had to call the caterer, to invite the media and the guest and then I have had to receive the guest/media, to manage the event.

    -CREATION OF A CUSTOMER/PRESS DATABASE, RELATION WITH THE MEDIA OF THE ALSACE AND SWITZERLAND
    I have had to promote the gallery nearby the media in Alsace and in Switzerland. Consequently I have had to compile all the media (because it doesn't have a database) and then I have had to contact all the journalist to know their mail contact or direct line. And after, I have had to promote the event of the gallery (exposition, art preview,...)

    2008 - 2010 -RELATION WITH THE GENERAL AND THE SPECIALIZED PRESS
    I have had to ask to their inquiries, to send to the journalists the photos of the opera/concert and to give them the Photo credit, to update the press listing for the different representation, to create the stage pass for the press.

    -TO OBTAIN PERMIT FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER FOR THE DIFFERENT OPERA

    -ORGANIZATION AND COORDINATION OF INTERVIEWS
    For each opera, I have had to organize and coordinate the interview with the regional press (2 interviews by day with almost 8 media). I have had to create a schedule for the interview, to have the permission of the artist and then to inform the journalist and then I have to manage each interview (welcome the journalist, offer them a beverage,..). I have had to coordinate the national interview (TV interview).During each dress rehearsal I have had to manage one or two tv team for their interview. I have had to tell them what aria is the most known by the public, what is the story, and have had to organize the interview with the artist they wanted.

    -WRITING PRESS RELEASE AND NEWSLETTER
    I have had to write the press release when an artist was sick and when he needed to be stand in for another.

    -RELATION WITH THE ARTISTS
    During all the season I was the link between the press office and the artists. I went to all the rehearsal, I organize with them the schedule of the interview. When they have had a problem, they told me and after I went to speak about this with the press officer. Consequently, I have to build and maintain good working relationship with all the artist

    -ORGANIZATION OF THE EVENT
    After each representation, it has a cocktail. Consequently, I have had to invite the press and the guest, to create and to write the invitations cards (because it has one different color for each cocktail). I have had to contact the caterer, the florist, I have to order the wine, the champagne, and have to manage the installation of the table, the food, the flower.
