En résumé

J'ai 23 ans et je viens d'achever mes études de commerce à l'EPSCI-Groupe ESSEC ainsi que mon apprentissage de 2 ans au sein de la Division Produits de Luxe du groupe l'OREAL.

Durant mes études j'ai accumulée diverses expériences dans les départements Achat, Merchandising, Export et Marketing, d'entreprises présentes dans le secteur des produits de luxe notamment.

Mon cursus m'a permis d'évoluer à l'étranger: 3 mois en stage en Ecosse et 6 mois en université au Mexique.
Je recherche actuellement un VIE ou un stage de 6 mois (avril-septembre 2006) à New-York.

  • NEW YORK HABITAT - MARKETING PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR

    2006 - maintenant A true self-starter, responsible for creation and development of a Marketing Department within this international real estate agency.
    Management:
    - Recruit, train and manage the marketing team (1 to 4 persons).
    - Supervise and coordinate assistants, student workers and other employees engaged in all stages of marketing projects in New York, Paris and London.
    Marketing & Sales:
    - Develop, launch and follow up marketing projects (online and offline) designed to attract targeted audiences and generate sales.
    - Perform necessary administrative functions such as record keeping, report writing and define procedures to increase overall project execution efficiency.
    - Perform marketing studies to evaluate effectiveness of promotional efforts.
    PR & Media:
    - Maintain working relationship with members of the mainstream media to arrange for feature articles, interviews and updated the company media report on the website.
    - Write press releases, blogs, newsletters and other marketing materials in English and French.
    Design:
    - Work under direction of Webmaster to maximize search engine efficiency of the company website
    - Design and produce promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, posters, flyers, T-shirts, pens and other publicity materials

    2004 - 2005 In charge of the POS launchings worldwide for the 3 axes: Perfumes, Make-up and Skincare
    Creation:
    - Selected the POS elements and created merchandising books
    - Drafted models for each element in order to highlight the product and facilitate the production
    - Photoengraved and printed visuals
    Purchasing
    - Invited bids from POS makers and printers
    - Negotiated with selected suppliers to reach the allocated budget (on average 150.000€ per launching) with constraints such as high quality of materials, innovations and short deadlines
    - Issued purchase orders
    Follow up on the whole production process
    - Wrote technical documents, controlled quality of incoming components, invoices and payment of the suppliers
    - Permanent contact with marketing teams of subsidiaries
    - Performed analyses and reports (estimated sales, calculated margins, presented statistics in meetings, etc.)
