    After transferring from Degremont to Suez, I was located in Dubai (headquarters), where I supported 160 employees in a HR capacity and handled the supervision of two HR Coordinators who oversaw the human resources administration.

    Achievements
    Recruited directly 50 employees which led to a contribution of 25% profit margin on the resources’ budget.
    Built and led the workforce planning for each region.
    Contributed to the global mobility (20 relocations).
    Gave guidance to the managers for ER matters.
    Implemented a comprehensive induction program for all new recruits, and this was followed up by an annual training plan.
    Successfully ran the Group HR processes within the deadline that included salary review, annual development interviews, talent management (succession planning), performance management and training plans.
    Formalised all HR documents (employment offers, contracts, secondments, amendments).

    * EXCEEDED THE COMPANY'S OBJECTIVE OF FOSTERING WORKPLACE GENDER DIVERSITY WITHIN A MALE DOMINANT CULTURE, BY RECRUITING FEMALE ENGINEERS WHO BECAME 1/4 OF THE PROJECTS STAFFING. ;
    * CREATED HR GUIDELINES THAT ENSURED A SMOOTH MOBILISATION AND DEMOBILISATION OF ALL STAFF. ;
