I am an authorized public accountant and partner at MGI BFC based in Tunis, Tunisia. I work with national groups, subsidiaries of international groups and non-profit organizations.
After studies, I worked in EY Tunisia for 4 years and after I joined Audit, Finances & Conseils as a partner for 3 years. Since 2010, I’m the co-founder and partner in MGI BFC.
Since 2002, I’m specialized in Outsourcing, Audit, Transaction Advisory Services (Due diligence, Valuation …), Reporting IFRS… and I contributed to several audit and consulting assignments in different sectors (food Industry, IT, Automotive Equipment’s, Trade, Real Estate & Tourism…) in some African countries (Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Morocco, Congo Brazzaville, Djibouti…).
