Amirul Arham, is a Bangladeshi film-maker based in France, realized about ten documentaries. Among his works, " A banker for the poor" (the first feature documentary on Nobel Laureate Prof.Muhammad Yunus, broadcasted worldwide), " The Devil’s Water, diffused in France 5 and France 3 Televisons, " The lost souls of Bangladesh " diffused in France 2 and European TV’s, and “The Pen against the Gun” were nominated and rewarded in many festivals.
'Prattabartan ' a full-length fiction is under preparation and a feature documentary “A Poverty Free World” is under Production.
Amirul Arham is a scriptwriter and also a poet of his mother tongue Bengali.
“The drenching in the rain” published from Dhaka, in 1998 and " The shadow of the sea in your eyes" bilingual poetry Bengali-French published in 2013 from Paalam Publications, Paris & India.
