    As project leader, define objectives, execution plans, budget, and contributors tasks
    (KIs). Animate an international team and ensure results delivery with respect of the timeline and cost.

    * Ensure the current and next generation solar panel reliability, performances, and cost effectiveness. Design and coordinate testing procedures to identify problems and
    solutions. Conduct studies to understand complex failure / performance degradation mechanisms.
    Ex: Monitor solar cell performances, specifically under UV wavelength radiations.
    Understand the degradation mechanism at macro and nano scale. Propose and
    implement innovative solutions. Protect them through patent.
    Ex: Propose a methodology to assess thermomechanical stress severity on device
    performances and reliability.

    * Product differentiation - Demonstrate competitive advantages through solar panel

    performance and reliability studies. Search for potential patent infringement, feed

    cost calculation models.

    * Develop the Next Generation solar devices (Ex: light module) and participate to the

    industrialization phase.

    * Initiate and drive collaborations with third party. Internally with affiliates and other

    TOTAL branches. Or externally with MIT, University of Namur, IMEC, SERMA

    Technologies etc.

    * Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and partners.

  • THALES - Research Engineer

    Courbevoie 2008 - 2011 contract, then three years as a PhD student). Hosted by the CNES (French Space Agency).
    * Developed advanced Dynamic Laser Stimulation Microscopy Techniques for semiconductor device failure analysis (F-DLS or Time Resolved Laser Scanning
    Microscopy). Developed a qualification methodology to detect and predict internal
    parameter drift during qualification process for spatial and automotive applications.
