    2008 - maintenant Full responsibility of the GE Capital business specialized in healthcare financing serving both the captive industry and the external market. HFS is comprised of 44 employees cross country and cross function (Commercial, Risk and Asset Management) with a Turnover of €230M, Net Earning Assets of €700M, and Net Income of €7M.
    • Led a cross functional team in a matrix environment.
    • Built a new team around customer needs and restructured financial operations focusing on strong country teams supported by a very thin head-quarter in key functions (Commercial Excellence, Risk and Asset Management).
    • Deployed and implemented a strategy combining market evolution, customer needs and internal focus. Developed new geographies after consolidation of Western Europe.
    • Consolidated the restructured businesses within the new GE Capital and GE Healthcare environment.
  • Ge Capital, Healthcare Financial Services - Commercial Leader Europe

    2006 - 2008 Led a very diverse team of New Relationship Development, Sales Force Effectiveness and Relationship Managers designing the sales strategy for Europe while expanding in new segments for financing. (6 direct reports + 8 country sales leader in dotted line). Key member of the Management Team responsible for reshaping the business in terms of geographical focus and in terms of products.
    • Built from scratch a Vendor Program strategy creating a new commercial vision for HFS.
    • Led the Commercial Excellence activity in a matrix environment focusing on implementing measurable process in sales.
    • Key change management player in the organization working with the regions to achieve their specific go-to-market strategies to be aligned with a continuously developing environment.

  • Ge Capital, Healthcare Financial Services - Country Manager Southern Europe

    2002 - 2006 Implementation of broader activities of HFS extending from leasing only to a broader product range of corporate finance, project finance and real estate.
    • Led a cross country sales team of 11 employees. Developed a culture of cooperation between Commercial, Risk and Asset Management to achieve quick deals turn around and appropriately structured deals.
    • Consolidation of front and back-office processes in alignment with various GE Capital banking and leasing platforms thanks to solid project management skills.
    • Enforced pan-European strategy including France, Benelux, Italy and Iberia.
  • Ge Medical Systems SpA, Italy - Chief Financial Officer

    2001 - 2002 As CFO and Member of the Board of Directors I led the operations of a quickly expanding regional entity, the headquarters for Greece, Italy and Israel (€500M in Total Revenues). Key contributor to the strategies and operations of the company combining technical financial tasks with more business oriented ones. Led a team of 14 people
  • Ge Medical Systems SpA, Italy - Financial Services Manager

    1999 - 2001 Development of the Financial Services activities in Italy and Greece supporting GE Medical in the financing of equipment and projects (origination, deal structuring and first credit analysis). Creation of a network of external investors to complete the equipment finance product offering.
  • Ceramiche Marazzi SpA, leading ceramic tiles producer - Area Manager for Germany, Austria and Netherlands

    1995 - 1998 Organisation and management of the promoters’ group in German speaking countries. Product Manager of the Marazzi Tecnica line (products for big architectural projects). Lead a team of 8 people influencing the prescription of the product by the architects. Germany went from 4th to 2nd biggest export country.
