    2010 - maintenant Main Projects carried out to satisfy new/existing clients
    • Development of a complete set of TA reports for a new on-boarded client
    • Creation/enhancement of a TA reporting application dedicated to investor/distributor reporting
    • Enhancements or creation of reports to meet existing clients expectations to support their business

    Main tasks accomplished during these key projects
    • Internal/external client needs analysis (meetings/calls with the stakeholders, proposals approval)
    • Redaction/review of BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) regarding applications and reports content (data mapping, calculation rules)
    • Support to the Systems team (Functional documentation review, support to systems testing and discussions/decisions on technical challenges)
    • Functional analysis on the data layer (creation of specific procedures/tables for calculated data)
    • User Acceptance Tests (test data/cases creation, execution, defects management and peer review)
    • Follow up of the project status (agreement on project milestones, deadlines, resources, etc.)
    • Production implementation (coordination with operational/systems teams, “health checks”)
    • Documentation and trainings to the end users (operations and/or clients) and to the support team
    • Support to operations and clients in case of queries or production issues
    • Management of a junior team member (training, feedback, tasks follow up, etc.)
