Accountable for all the network equipment’s, connectivity, configuration, for any enterprise network using latest technologies and to provide innovative ideas to improve the network standards and security measures.
• Manage and monitor LAN/WAN/SEC and associated equipment.
• Designs and implements LAN/WAN/SEC using switching, routing and security technology.
• Generate Network Monitoring/performance report for LAN/WAN/SEC utilization.
• Configure and install Cisco layer3/layer2 switches, routers and firewalls.
• Fine tune firewall policies based on requirement.
• Configure VPN (IPSEC, site-to-site, SSL).
• Monitor and fine tune IPS signature
• Generate reports on the IPS.
• Manage ACS & RADIUS server.
• Deploy Cisco Wireless Access points and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Liaise with Several ISPs for various network configurations.
• Manage juniors and assigning them with appropriate tasks.
• Manage DNS servers (Infoblox primarily)
• CheckPoint statefull firewalls (Provider 1)
• Juniper NSM, IDP, VPN SSL, ISG
• Cisco Ironport (Web; SMTP)
• F5 BigIP loadbalancers
• Cisco 3750/4500 / 6500 VSS, STP, SPAN, RSPAN, Multicast, Ether Channel, ACL, Inter VLAN routing, SNMP, DHCP.
• Routing Protocols (OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, and BGP), IPSEC, GRE, MPLS, NAT, QOS, PBR, Redistribution, and summarization.
• AAA, TACACS, RADIUS, VPN, ACL, Cisco IDS.
• Cisco Works, HP Open view. Spectrum, What's Up Gold
• Cisco AP and bridges (stand alone and controller based) 802.11a, 802.11b, 802.11g, 802.11n standards, WLAN Antennas, Wireless.
• L2/L3/Fast Roaming, WLAN security (“WEP”, WPA & WPA2/AES, 802.1 x, EAP, PEAP, LEAP, TKIP).
• Cisco Wireless Mesh Networking, Cisco Unified Wireless networks, Wireless LAN Controllers and WISM blades, Cisco Wireless s Control system, Cisco MSE
