    Door to Door Digitization : in order to improve retail sales performance, by optimizing business processes, Engie chose to provide to sales Force a Mobile Application on Tablet. My mission is to manage the integration of the Application to Engie Information System.

    From March 2015 to December 2015 (Initiate to Closing phases) :
    Innovative Smart Metering Services : in France's Smart Metering rollout context, Engie launched in 2014 his Smart Metering Program, in which I had to manage the developments in Engie's agile platform supporting business innovations (bimodal IT). In addition, I was the Scrum Master of the team.

    COURBEVOIE 2013 - 2015 Collective Heating Smart Metering service (Vertuoz Habitat) : in RT2012 thermal regulations context, Engie launched a new B2B2C offer to provide individual billing and consumptions management services. My mission was to design the global solution, select the providers (RFP), and manage the business analysts team (Initiate to Closing phases).
