2) Apprenticeship of Claims Handling mechanism (3 months)
3) Apprenticeship of the Underwriter Assistant job - Cargo and Liability of multimodal transport operators (France and Europe) (9 months)
- Supervise and manage clients' portfolios : ask for all the documents (statistical informations, claims, local policies)
- Issue policies, endorsements, invoices and insurance certificates
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers
- Cultivating internal relationships with the Back Office and the Claims
4) Apprenticeship of the Underwriter job (6 months) - Commodities/Trading Underwriting
- Assessing background information on the client (using claims history, inspection reports, etc...)
- Establishing of contact with the international network of AGCS (especially in case of local policies, international programs, informations of the local obligations, etc)
- Study of the Trading clauses (FOSFA clauses, Commodities clauses)
- Study insurance proposals
- Determine competitive and appropriate premium levels and coverages based on information, rates
