- Global Learning Process: Succesfull launch of Learning Administration Shared Services Center in India. Focus on creating an accessible approach to learning administration using streamlined global processes and integrated systems.

- Learning Evaluation Strategy : improve how we measure our learning effectiveness with a new global evaluation questionnaire .
