  2004 - 2006 Sogec is a Clearing House, leader in Europe, for the treatment of promotional rebate coupons launched by retail suppliers. My mission was to set up the China Branch of the Group, managing and developing the business. www.sogec-marketing.com
  
  -Set up Sogec Shanghai branch, built internal organisation, recruit and manage a team of 3 Chinese persons to penetrate the FMCG Chinese market
  -After pilot operations and market analysis, we adapted the European business model according to the Chinese market needs and requirements
  -Created working procedures with our partner Carrefour China (70 stores)
  
  -Develop new business contacts with other retailer (Century, Bailian Group)
  -and develop business with new clients: Nestle, Unilever, P&G, Henkel, Nivea, Danone, Unicharm, C-bons…)
  -Develop the Marketing Consulting activity to optimise their promotional strategy in China
