Overall responsible for marketing strategies for the region and the day to day activities in the marketing department including catalogue planning, forecasting, pricing and analysis, layout development as well as marketing, sales and branding support and other marketing activities.
- Develop overall Marketing Plan for Region in close collaboration with GSO with focus on India, Indonesia and China including Product mix, Catalogue, Pricing and forecasting, Communication, Brand Development etc
- Overall responsible for planning and execution of Best-in-Market Catalogues including Merchandising Strategy, Catalogue Promotion and Drivers, Product Novelty, Catalogue Innovation, Special Projects, Product Featuring and Price Positioning as well as layout execution
- In charge of optimizing Margin development including Category Margin, positive Mix Management, and Effective Pricing
- Ensure accurate Product Forecasting to facilitate high service levels and optimal inventory levels by process improvement, explore trend setting sales, system utilization and integration with relevant departments

- Ensure each monthly catalogue drives the sales and build the company’s beauty image in all of Asian markets.
- Set the overall catalogue strategy for the region including number of catalogues, number of pages, and size of line, feature level, visual strategy as well as key actions to drive sales and build beauty brand.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our catalogue planning process and the tools used.
- Ensure the work momentum and cycle of each catalogue process moves along on a timely manner.
• Catalogue layouts:
- Set the visual direction in moving forward
- Ensure that strong catalogue briefs are created for the layout team
- Responsible for the catalogue layout reviews – checking if briefs/ plans are conducted or followed by the layout team
- Continuously build and improve the collaboration between planning and layout team
