Finance Business Partner for the Inventory reduction Plan.
- Project Management: Responsible for the financial business units merge project. With the support of a project team, develop the project plan, write the specifications, report the progress to the Senior Management team, lead the project meetings for: processes analysis, new financial structure, systems impacts (SAP FI/CO/PP, Alista Horoquartz for the activity follow-up, SAP BFC) and organise the financials integration into SAP FI/CO.
- Tools & Processes: Develop SAP FI/CO // SAP BFC (Magnitude) interfaces, implement a new pricing sheet for commercial workforce, design a dashboard for Inventory Management.
