    Lesquin 2008 - maintenant • Suivi de toute la chaine de production d’une dizaine de jeux vidéo par année du Game Concept aux soumissions Nintendo et Sony. Dialogue permanent avec les studios de développement et éditeurs français ou internationaux.
    • Présentations mensuelles de nos titres devant les distributeurs (Grande distribution, spécialistes et multi-spécialistes). Réalisation des éléments marketing (fiches produits, présentations Powerpoint, Trailers des jeux).
    • Mise en place du salon de l’IDEF pour la partie jeux et de nombreux salons de distributeurs chaque année.
    • Relai d’information auprès des commerciaux et commerciaux grands comptes.

    2008 - 2014 Bigben Interactive is the leading European company in console peripherals with a total turnover of 160 million euros. The company is international. The company has diversified its activities including a video game publishing department.

    Achievements:
    Production:
    * Following up the whole production process of about 30 different video games a year from Game Concepts to Masters for both digital and Disc/card releases in Europe and America. ;
    * Planned and revised production schedule, analyzed all Milestones from development studios and improved the quality of each games while analyzing each deliverable and negotiating with the development studios.
    * Achieved the planned release dates of our video games range as much as possible.
    * Planned all the important stages of our games: Concept submissions to console makers (Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft), rating certificates (ESRB, PEGI, COB, USK etc.), Quality Assurance tests, Compliance tests, and Master submissions to console makers.
    * Daily relationships with French and foreign development studios (from 10 to 30 people size) to follow the games productions.
    * Provided all Production and marketing elements to foreign publishers in the US and Japan to achieve our Distribution agreements.
    * Established contacts and cultivated relationships with important licensors on our main titles such as FIA World Rally Championship and National Rugby leagues.

    Marketing:
    * Elaborated marketing assets with our graphic department (key arts, screenshots, sale sheets, Powerpoint presentations).
    * Made the briefs to external studios to conceive our game trailers.
    * Marketing assets submission to console makers (Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft).
    * Monthly presentations of our titles to our distributors (big box stores, specialized stores and multi-specialized stores) both in our head office and during important shows (E3, Gamescom and other trade shows in Europe).
    * Set up around 10 different Distributors' shows each year.
    * Managed 1 software product manager and 3 producers on a daily basis.

    M6 is a leading TV channel in France and diversified European company representing a total annual turnover of 1.4 billion euros. The activity of M6 Interactions subsidiary was wide-ranging: publishing magazines, DVDs and collections bundling objects (toy, fur, DVD) with magazines.

    Achievements:

    * Operational follow-up of the different components of collections sold in kiosks. ;
    * Monitored sales through a weekly report. ;
    * Senior product manager assistance on a new collection project.
