    As HR Director, I am the primary point of contact for client group leaders, providing expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, performance development, and organizational design. This role is critical in developing and executing HR strategy in support of the client’s business objectives, and is a connected partner for business leaders.
    In this role, I am leading a team of 12 HR professionals across South-Europe.

    My biggest scope in the region is France with more than 1,500 employees.
    I am a member of the executive committee, in charge of implementing the HR strategy with the help of a local team of 9 HR professionals.
    Most of the employees joined through Alstom acquisition in November 2015, so there is a big role to play in culture change/management. I am also driving an intense agenda in terms of labor relationships.
