- Kaizen approach with following result:
Strong cost reduction (10K per month) by reviewing existing logistic routes: delivery frequency changed from weekly to monthly deliveries for several European vendors, consolidation of deliveries of Japan-made components and Canada-made components to final customers
- Efficient cash collection procedure implemented within GPPD
Current main responsibilities:
- Support the budget preparation for business for a monthly turnover of +/- 4 million Euro
- Credit control and cash collection
- SCM and inventory control of components parts from Asian and overseas countries:

- Profitable and risk-free consignment stock agreement signed with key customers (Benteler, Honeywell, Valeo)
From June 06 –April 2008: Commercial Assistant for GPPD:
Achievements:
- Strong cost Reduction (15K per month) by the V-V transfer of selected vendors from the German logistic (KWE) platform to the French Logistic platform (TTESA VAL). Clear agreement signed with both logistic partners.
- Efficient follow up of quality claims, no cost impact for TTESA and high customer satisfaction achieved.
• DHL FINANCIAL SERVICES: From March 06 – June 2006: Accounting Employee in Maastricht. Daily use of the SAP system.
• GALLIKER SA: From November 04 – March 06: Dispatcher responsible for refrigerated trucks in Milmort (Liege). Establishment of the pick up and delivery planning of the trucks mainly to Italy and Switzerland.
• SWISSPORT CARGO SERVICES: From Nov 02 – Oct 04: Dispatcher for the Handling agent SCS at Liege Airport. Daily business transactions and dealings with major cargo airlines for both Imports and Exports of various types of goods
