    Paris La Defense 2009 - 2012 Worked on dissimilar metal welds in the brittle to ductile transition - This type of weld is used in the latest nuclear plant generation to connect the large components to the primary main coolant line. The aim was to demonstrate that there is no risk of brittle fracture in such a weld.

    Skills : Fracture Mechanics, material characterization, specimen design and sampling (Autocad, SolidWorks), tensile tests, toughness tests, FE analysis (CAST3M), SEM, etc...
