Develops and adjusts work processes to improve flat rate performance. Works with Flat Rate Manager to adjust pricing, analyze repair histories and establish new flat rates.
•Supervises, motivates and leads staff. Conducts performance evaluations in timely fashion, assessing employee skills and competencies. Administers company policies and procedures, providing coaching and delivering feedback to employees on an ongoing basis.
•Monitors and ensures compliance with all safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws as they pertain to staff and customers within the department premises or in the field. Ensures all facilities and equipment are is in excellent, safe operating condition.
•Develops an excellent working relationship with Caterpillar and their field representatives, Sales, Product Support and Product Development teams.
