    Paris 2014 - maintenant Lead a purchasing team of 37 FTE supporting 14 plants across Europe, Africa, Brazil, Asia and North America. In charge of a Procurement spend of 100MioCHF. Further to a major company acquisition, responsible for the integration and reorganization of the purchasing departments, building up a global and interconnected structure aiming to deliver required service level and bottom line results.

    Diagnostic and definition of a development plan (As-Is To-Be), spend analysis and creation of roadmap. Deployment of Purchasing Best Practices (Rep To Pay, Spot/Capex/Strategic Sourcing, SOD, etc). Definition and implementation of KPIs aiming to monitor performance and operational efficiency, and provide comprehensive Management reporting. Drive Suppliers relationship and development. Active coaching of the team individuals and hands-on approach to the projects and challenges. To date average 4% year-on-year savings achieved on spend in scope.
  • Barry Callebaut - Purchasing Manager Indirect Spend Cocoa Operations France/Africa

    Paris 2010 - 2014 In charge of new CAPEX categories globally, as well as pursue direct management of Packaging categories (overall spend 50MioCHF). 11% average savings achieved on CAPEX spend tackled.

    Development of TCO approaches for the CAPEX tendering, as well as Strategic Sourcing initiative.

    Management of a local Purchasing team (5 FTE) ensuring procurement for 5 plants, which has been fully restructured. Implementation of Purchasing Best Practices, as well as KPIs and reporting. On yearly basis, 10% average savings achieved on spend tackled, 4% year-on-year on whole portfolio.

    Paris 2007 - 2009 Responsible for Packaging categories for regions Western/Eastern Europe and Africa (25MioCHF).

    End to end execution of tenders (definition of strategy, RFI, RFP, negotiations and implementation of Group Frame Agreements with suppliers) and management of Cross Functional Team. 10% average savings achieved on spend in scope.

    Responsible for spend integration of new plants acquired: cost reduction, quality and service enhancement, supply risk mitigation, stock optimization.

    Bellou-sur-Huisne 2004 - 2006 In charge of Packaging categories for 2 manufacturing sites, 6M€ budget.

    Cost reduction, introduction of product developments and innovations.
