    Managed End to End delivery of complex and cross-functional programs; main customer interface for all operational aspects, coordination with deployment, sales, presales, procurement and delivery operations during pre and post sales phases. Executed project following industry best practices in project management from PMI.
    - Resources forecasting, equipment and 3rd party material ordering necessary to achieve contractual deliverables
    - Project control including financial, schedule & risks management
    - Resolving issues and conflicts during contract implementation and providing action plans

    * First Etisalat LTE 4G turnkey project in UAE, deployment of 200 radio sites (~30 M EUR )

    Toronto 2005 - 2006 Orange & Bouygues Telecom accounts: implementation of 2G and 3G GSM networks in 2 largest French regions.
    - Responsible for E2E planning and management of financials, risks, costs, operational performance and customers relation
    - Managed project communication to all stakeholders and ensured that radio site installations met customer's requirements and customer quality standards.

    * 3G networks launched within client's commercial plans ;

    2004 - 2006 Deployment of 100 Wi-Fi hotspots in France in luxury hotels, business centers and residential areas.
    - Controlled project schedule, cost, quality and delivery. Selected & trained four subcontractors
    - Managed all stakeholders including 3rd party and suppliers as well as internal customers
    - Network Design validation, site engineering and technical support to end users

    Paris 2001 - 2003 Telecom Egypt account: SDH Transmission, Optical & Wireless Network Division
    Provided technical support of Alcatel SDH optical & microwave transmission products to technicians and field engineers. Operations follow-up by using & introducing MS-Project tool into the Optics division.
    Trained the technical staff to quality standards: security, safety, reporting, and organization.
    Ensured continuous improvement of quality assurance and control by conducting internal audits, site surveys and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.
    Key Achievements:
    * Successful certification of ISO 9000v2000 standard, implementation of TL9000 Quality Indicators. Reduced customer backlog of serious technical issues that lead to projects acceptances. Telecom Egypt customer satisfaction increased by 40% as per external surveys

    Paris 2001 - 2001 Customer interface Far East Region SDH transmission networks. Coordinated with operations management to insure on time delivery for all new Optical SDH services and network expansions.
