Avec 800 containers importés en 2014, la marque Alice's Garden s est imposée comme le leader du web français sur le marché de l outdoor. Nous importons et distribuons mobilier de jardin, parasols , barbecues, trampolines, tentes de réception, pergolas, table de jardins, et serres en polycarbonate. Une équipe de 6 personnes contrôle le respect de notre cahier des charges à Hong Kong , Canton et Ningbo.

    - Purchase Portfolio of $40M, in charge of the negotiations of all contracts with the suppliers
    - Responsible of all purchases, stock rotation, pricing in a very volatile environment
    - Right hand of the CEO, taking part of the global strategy of the company
    - Managing a team of 5 persons in Paris & Hong Kong.
    - Development of the new products in relation with the Marketing Director & subcontractors
    - Set up in 2003 a buying office in Hong Kong, 2 employees

    - Since 2007, in charge of developing the turnover (5M€ for the first year) with the 3 new branch offices (Spain, Germany, Portugal)
    - Coordination of the offers, pricings, marketing activities, supervision of the contract with our distributors and the main retailers

    - First in charge of developing 4 keys accounts on the PC market (direct mail order companies, etailers): increasing turnover through: training of the sales teams, web management, price & stock management, marketing activities, strong relationships.
     Turnover multiplied by 4 in 1 year (£175K/month).
    - Financial and commercial management of the Memory Activity, specific activity of the UK office.
    In charge of the supplies, stocks, prices, margins, sells in a volatile commodity market.
  • Plicosa Hong Kong - Chef de Produit

    1999 - 2000 International French group located in France, Spain, Belgium, Italy, Venezuela, Argentina, Taiwan & Hong Kong. Import – Export of outdoor / indoor furniture, camping, fitness, sport, home appliances, toys, Christmas decoration products (www.plicosa.com).
    Responsible of the camping & sport department ($3,5M).
    Creation of the new season line, development of new products, designs and packaging,
    Negotiation with suppliers several trips in Taiwan and China,
    Negotiation with customers (French Hypermarket Group buyers, wholesellers ),
    Financial follow up of the department. Controlling and reporting to the headquarters in France.
