    • Definition and implementation of the marketing strategy for the Export domestic markets by sub region (Eastern Europe and MEAF).

     Fine tune specific strategies by sub region.
     Approvemajor market marketing programs.
     Prepare an operational support on the new fragrance launch.
     Elaboration of the Sell out guide on every sale cycle to be translated and distributed in each country sale representative network.
     Provide key retailer chain with exclusive program at a regional level.
     Prepare specifics and comprehensive reports on recent launches. Be proactive on the necessary action plans.
     Attend major market budget meetings, ensure the balance between the 3 brands priorities and their level of investment will be equitable.
     Specific additional product request upon needs for the regions.
     Conduct Market visits.

    • Day to day operational marketing follow-up
     Be the main contact of the local markets Brand manager to prepare a tailor-made new fragrance launch.
     Attend Issey Miyake brand marketing meeting. Provide the domestics export markets with marketing plan updates. Obtain qualitative feedback from the local markets Brand Manager and share key local marketing fact with the entire Regions representative in the HQ and the Brand creative teams.
     Give recommendation for next years marketing programs.
     Lead brand forecast on a seasonal basis. Use current year similar offers results to benchmark the future programs and avoid stock return or destruction.

    • Merchandising expertise
     Provide Europe and MEAF with specific and adapted Merchandising strategies on shelves, showcase, counters and gondolas product display.
     Accordingly with BPI 3 brands communication campaign give the markets specific guidelines on Media, point of sales visuals and light-boxes policies.
     Prepare specific launch and major animation recommendations on podium or any type of negotiated spaces.
     Direct market locally produced tools design; give final approval to start production.

    • BPI concept architecture expertise
     Elaborate yearly Stand construction budget by region
     Plan with the concerned countries, renovation and construction needs
     Recruit local vendors and manufacturers, train them to the BPI concepts,
     Negotiate with the vendors’ feasible timings and affordable estimates.
     Attend to the first assembling on each major stands in the local markets, approximatively 6 trips a year.
     Present new mounted stands to the BPI HQ Executive Board.

    • Training
     Elaborate specific export markets Mini Sales aids and Sales techniques books
     Work on translation for rare languages with agencies
     Lead the print production and the dispatch to the markets.


    ►MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS:

     Project Manager on the Local Market Seminar held in Mazagan Morroco.

     Project Manager on the design and production of 40 personalized Stands all over the Midle East to Elie Saab brand.

     Project Manager on the Local Market Seminar organization, and in 2010 exceptionally, new BPI Brand Reveal ; Elie Saab, introducing the fourth designer to all European and Middle East customers during the 2010 Agent Seminar held in Dubai( 11/1/10).
